I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and an even better mother’s day (for those who are mother’s). We spent our entire weekend with family not projects! Although, Mr. Woodsy did sneak in a little yard work on Saturday afternoon. He also wanted to skip a very special visit yesterday with our great aunt who will be 89 next month to work on the dressers; however, I convinced him to step down from the ledge and take a weekend off from projects. We are hoping to get to some of the painting this week and hopefully reveal these bad boys next week! Did you see our mini tutorial yesterday on How to Remove Baseboards without damaging the wall?
Thank you to everyone who linked up last weeks. Here are a few of my projects from last week.
Stenciled Rug Tutorial from Creatively Living
Would you have ever of guessed that this rug was stenciled!??! It looks like a store bought expensive rug! Love this!
My new old fashioned kitchen display cabinet from Sew, Cook, Laugh and Love
LOVE what they did to this hutch and adding the bird aviary mesh to it!
Upholstering A Box Spring from Visual Eye Candy
Love this idea… I hate when the bed skirt starts to shift. No need to worry about that.
DIY Ombre Chevron Rug from Haute To Sew
I adore this DIY painted rug!
Mason Jar Cups from Cherished Bliss
Oh how I love these simplistic mason jar cups… they remind me of my Burlap Wrapped mason Jars!
DIY: Dye Your Own Mint Jeans from Welcome to the gOOd life
What a fantastic idea… when you can’t find jeans in the color you want–dye them! This is such a great idea and why it was the most clicked on link last week!
