The day has finally arrived–we are in route to the Haven Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. I remember, buying our tickets, last August–very unsure and not knowing what we would be doing June of 2012. I took a risk and invested the money in our conference tickets. I’m so glad I did–because they’ve been sold out for the past few months now. All of the sessions sound amazing, and Mr. Woodsy and I have pretty much decided to divide and conquer. I would love to sit in a session with him, but I don’t want to miss any of the other possible sessions! We shall see, come tomorrow if I still feel the same and on top of that it’s our anniversary, so I might want to sneak into a session with him!
I appologize for not posting last week’s features yesterday, but I shared a really cool project for the Ready 4 Summer blog party hosted by Maggie from Midwestern Girl DIY and Kristin from Simply Klassic Home. Make sure you head over to their blogs. Today’s theme is “fun for the kids” and you can even link up over their too!
I hope everyone had the chance to take a look at How To Make Your Own Ladder Golf that I shared yesterday for the summer blog party.
On Monday, I posted about the Mod Podge Patriotic Photo Plaque I made using quite a few new Mod Podge projects that are out. It’s patriotic and a great way to showcase vacation photos!
Here are a few of my favorite projects from last week:
Summer Back Entry from Creative Living

Easy Breezy 4th of July Wreath from A Creative Princess
The Guest Bathroom Reveal from Painted Speckled Pawprints
DIY Light Box from Snickety Things

Mustache Applique Pillow from The Seasoned Homemaker
