News flash: Mother's Day is less than 2 weeks away! Seriously, where has the time gone? Recovering the Ikea Tullsta Chair

This project has been a labor of love for sadly over two and a half years now! I finally finished the chair in September before we left for our vacation. Valentine Glow in the Dark Dog Bandana

Our little pup, Lola, gets a cute little bandana every time she goes to the groomers. However, she doesn't go to the groomers but 4 times a year. I figured it would be nice to put Lola in the Valentine spirit as well. I also wanted to make it glow in the dark, so that when she goes out in our back yard at night we can see her. How To Hem Jeans

Two months ago I found a pair of jeans that I loved, but of course were way too long for me. I'm 5'1, so naturally I have a difficult time finding pants that fit my short self! I've spent money in the past for a skilled tailor to hem my pants to fit me, and was thinking about paying him a visit when I decided to be bold and attempt to hem them myself. Flower Embellished Shirt

Months ago I cleaned out my closet... a fall cleaning of sorts. I donated most of the clothes, and left a few shirts to the side in hopes to upcylce them into something amazing.
