Thank you Minted for sponsoring todays post. As always, all opinions are my own.
March always seems to be a very busy month for us. Jon’s birthday is practically at the beginning of the month, some years Easter, followed by Ryder’s Birthday. It’s a little crazy busy for us. Last month, I reached out to my friends at Minted.com to help me with Ryder’s 2nd Birthday invitations. I used them for his 1st Birthday invitations plus it’s who we use to print our Christmas cards every year. I can’t say it enough… I love the quality of their work.
We went with a construction theme for Ryder’s 2nd Birthday. Jon is a general contractor and well, Ryder is 100% boy and absolutely loves trucks and all things dirty. So we had a dig at our local park. Of course, mother nature didn’t care that we had a party planned for last Saturday morning. We were greeted with sprinkles followed by a torrential down pour with severe thunderstorms. I’m just happy we got to spend an hour with our friends, digging in the sand, playing on the playground and singing “Happy Birthday”.
I couldn’t share other aspects of his party without sharing what his invitations (and thank you notes) looked like. They turned out amazing and set the tone for our party! I went with the Party Zone Children’s Birthday Party Invitations. This is what the thank you cards look like and I love them! Plus I can use any leftovers for future parties/holidays. I love that I was able to customize this invite to really make it look like it was a one of a kind invitation!
And I LOVE the free recipient addressing! Where the minted band is–is where the address is printed!
And how awesome are the envelope liners? I don’t know if I can ever send an invitation out again without this feature! It just added one extra element to his invites. And of course once everyone received them they all loved them too!
Thank you again Minted for providing us with the most adorable Birthday invitations and thank you notes!
