In 9 days I’ll be on my way to Utah (for the first time) to attend SNAP! Johnnie from Saved By Love Creations and Amy from Plucking Daisies organized a fun pre-SNAP! meet and greet called Thrifty Stashy SNAP! Swap. Basically, you raid you craft stash and then go to the store for whatever else you may need and send a box of supplies to your partner.
My partner for this SNAP! swap was Chrissy from Hoot Designs! Chrissy and I met at Haven last year and have also chatted via twitter. Chrissy has an Etsy shop, too. Oh and two things we both have in common: she has a Yorkie like us and she is fellow Aries!
Take a look at the beautiful personalized embroidered key fob wristlet. Chrissy made this for me! How sweet and she also sells them in her Etsy shop!
I made a Personalized Vintage Notebook with some of the supplies Chrissy sent me! Super simple paper craft project that took less than 15 minutes to put together.
Supplies:
- 5″ x 7″ Rectangle Blank Book
- Scrapbook Paper
- Paper Cutter
- Decorative Tape
- Tape Runner
- Chipboard Letter
- Floral Sticker
- Lace
Cut the paper to the side you’d like it to be.
Then adhere on the bottom layer of paper.
Place the bottom paper on the notebook and then adhere the top paper to the notebook.
Add decorative tape (and cut the tape off the edges if necessary).
Place adhesive on the back of the chipboard letter.
Add a 3-d floral sticker to the notebook.
Lastly, add lace ribbon to the top of the notebook.
Look how cute my new personalize notebook turned out?
