Celebrate the end of the school year with this free Teacher Appreciation Printable Pack—featuring a memory-filled worksheet and two sweet coloring pages kids will love!

Looking for a meaningful and free way for your children to say “thank you” to their teachers? This Teacher Appreciation Printable is a simple but heartfelt way for students to reflect on their school year and express their gratitude. Whether you’re wrapping up the year or celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week, these printables are perfect for the occasion. Every year my kids have a day during Teacher Appreciation Week where they have to write a thank you note. That always seems to be daunting for them. I finally got around to creating my own printable thank you pages that my kiddos can fill out. For my younger child, the coloring page with the flowers was perfect. But then once she saw her brother fill out the “thank you” page she wanted to do it too. We did these over the course of a few days so it wasn’t so overwhelming for them.
I wanted to create a downloadable PDF, that my kids could fill-in-the-blanks, share special memories from the school year, favorite classroom moments, and reasons why they love their teacher. Plus, as I mentioned above (and as a bonus for younger kids) I created two cheerful coloring pages—one thank-you page and one “Thank you for helping me grow” page—that give little hands a chance to give their thanks.

More Ways to Show Teacher Appreciation

While this printable is a sweet and simple way for kids to say thank you, here are a few more thoughtful ideas to go the extra mile.
- Pair the printable with a small gift – Think coffee shop, Target, Walmart, or Amazon gift card. You could also give them their favorite snack, a cute notepad, totebag, a Stanley water bottle, or even some classroom supplies they can use next year.
- Write a personal note – As a parent, consider writing your own thank-you card expressing what the teacher’s support has meant to your child and your family.
- Create a class gift – Coordinate with other parents to put together a group gift—this could be a themed basket, a handmade photo book, or a collection of handwritten notes from each student, or a few gift cards to their favorite places.
- Give the gift of words – If your child likes to write, ask your child to share a story or moment when the teacher made them feel special—teachers love hearing the impact they’ve had on their students.
- Share your appreciation publicly – A kind shout-out on social media and tagging the teacher if your friends or a positive email to the school principal goes a long way and helps recognize a teacher’s hard work beyond the classroom.
