We had to cover buttons with fabric for our Upholster a Bench Cushion and Tufting project and thought that our readers (and the world) would love to see how its done. I bought button covering kits at JoAnn’s, but my upholstery fabric is too thick to work on the buttons. Any suggestions for another method?
Hi Katheleen, Maybe try using a rubber mallet and lightly hit the button closure with it?!?! That’s the only idea I have for you. Good luck!
